What this is: Educational products, leadership development, and community-building experiences rooted in the celebration of BIPOC (Black, Brown, Asian, Indigenous) women’s history and lived experience that advance intersectional equity.
Storytelling and culturally responsive content are the tools we use to provide individuals and organizations with authentic inclusion, equity, and growth—Leading, Learning, Liberation.
Books and digital content, and online courses designed to inspire self-reflection and personal growth, as well as customizable workshops, curated events, and coaching and strategy support.
Let’s please move beyond traditional “diversity and inclusion” and trade bland and ineffective performativism for honest awareness of systemically held biases, blindspots, and barriers to authentic allyship and collaboration across difference.
I bet you already know that single-issue approaches to diversity, equity, belonging, and inclusion fail to address the complex realities faced by individuals with intersecting identities.
And today, as we all confront tectonic shifts in the way we talk about and to each other, and envision our action plan for rebuilding a collaborative and trust-based society, it is clear that the old methodology of navigating across identity no longer works.
The work we do is intentionally designed to dismantle barriers to inclusion by helping you acknowledge and address overlapping forms of discrimination and the (oftentimes) hidden or invisible, yet ultimately false and undermining, narratives we have all to some extent incorporated into our ways of being and seeing.
Drive your awareness and brave space generation (in groups, but importantly, at the messy, private, individual level) to ensure that more of us can both feel, and help others feel, seen, valued, and emboldened.
Are you part of a group or organization? Our strategic advisory services, cohort-based learning, and support for Employee Resource Groups can help you build inclusive cultures that drive innovation, resilience, and sustainable change.
Your and our impact is measured not only by increased representation and engagement, but also by the fostering of “Beloved Community” — spaces where solidarity, agency, and shared leadership flourish between and among women of color and their allies.
By centering intersectional history and lived experience, we offer a unique, holistic approach that differentiates us from other “intercultural” initiatives and positions us as a hub for learning, leading, and liberation.

"Rozella is a brilliant thinker, writer, and facilitative leader who has created an amazing framework for understanding and decentering whiteness and dominant cultural norms, pulling together rich source materials that connect past with present and personal with the political in a way that few people can." — JJR, health nonprofit executive who participated in a two-month women’s cohort designed and led by Rozella Kennedy
"Even though I present as "white" I relate so deeply to BIPOC issues, as I am an immigrant to the US, and have had to face so many seemingly unjust challenges. My experience has made me deeply passionate about fairness and women’s rights across the board, and I’m so grateful for your presentation today!" — CR, Corporate work group participant
"I highly recommend Rozie for her exceptional training and facilitation. Her ability to create a safe, inclusive environment and facilitate deep, meaningful, yet difficult conversations is exceptional. She was able to inspire visionary thinking paired with remarkable pragmatism, turning innovative ideas into actionable, realistic solutions that drive impactful results. And she is more than just a great consultant: she personally inspired and empowered me with her authenticity, integrity, and care." — JWW, 2024 Interracial Sisterhood Retreat attendee
"I consider myself a “do-er” and a “humble servant.” Yet, I wasn’t fully able to see how some of the legacy biases and “blind-spots” handed down through my own community were holding me back from being the kind of collaborator and aspiring “ally” I want and need to be."— JD, workshop attendee
"When Rozie told our group she would be taking on a couple of CEO clients as a coach, I yelled out: “first dibs!”" — SC, nonprofit CEO
"Rozella has a rare gift for calling people “in” instead of “calling out,” creating spaces of courage, compassion, and transformation in the pursuit of equity." — Dr. Robin B, Organizational Psychologist and entrepreneur
